A Magical 2 Days / 1 Night Journey to the Black & White Desert

🚗 Departure from Cairo

Your adventure begins at approximately 7:00 AM, when you will be picked up from your hotel in Cairo in a private air-conditioned vehicle.

The drive to Bahariya Oasis takes approximately 4–5 hours, with a short stop along the way for a break and coffee.

Upon arrival in Bahariya Oasis, you will meet your professional local Bedouin guide, who will accompany you throughout your desert adventure.

🍲 Traditional Bedouin Lunch

After arriving, you will enjoy a freshly prepared traditional Bedouin lunch made in the local style, accompanied by mineral water and Bedouin tea.

After lunch, the real adventure begins aboard a 4×4 off-road vehicle.

🌋 Black Desert

Your first stop is the Black Desert, famous for its dark volcanic hills and the striking contrast they create against the surrounding golden sands and desert landscape.

You will have time to explore the area on foot, take photographs, and enjoy the unique scenery.

♨️ El Heiz Village & Natural Spring

We then continue toward El Heiz Village, located in the southern part of Bahariya Oasis.

Here, you can relax and enjoy a swim in one of the area’s natural mineral-rich springs before continuing the journey.

✨ Crystal Mountain

Next, we head to Crystal Mountain, one of the most fascinating geological landmarks in the region.

The mountain is famous for its natural crystal formations, which sparkle beautifully under the desert sunlight.

🏔️ Agabat Valley

From Crystal Mountain, we continue toward the spectacular Agabat Valley.

This remote area is known for its impressive limestone formations, wide sand dunes, and dramatic desert scenery.

Here, the 4×4 adventure becomes even more exciting as we drive across the dunes and explore one of the most beautiful landscapes in Egypt’s Western Desert.

🏄 Sandboarding

Enjoy some extra adventure on the dunes with a fun sandboarding experience.

Afterward, relax and enjoy fresh juices and refreshments before continuing toward the White Desert.

🏜️ White Desert National Park

We then enter White Desert National Park, one of the most remarkable natural areas in Egypt.

The White Desert is famous for its brilliant white limestone formations, shaped by wind and natural erosion over thousands of years.

We explore both the Old and New White Desert, including the famous formations of Mushroom Valley, where wind erosion has created unusual shapes resembling mushrooms, animals, and other extraordinary natural sculptures.

As sunset approaches, we stop at a beautiful viewpoint to enjoy one of the most memorable moments of the journey:

🔥 Desert Camp & Bedouin Dinner

After sunset, we continue to our private camping area in the desert.

Our Bedouin team prepares a delicious traditional dinner over a wood fire.

The evening continues around the campfire with:

• Traditional Bedouin music
• Desert stories and conversations
• Stargazing beneath the clear desert sky

Afterward, enjoy a peaceful night at the camp surrounded by the extraordinary landscape of the White Desert.

Overnight: White Desert Camp

🌄 Sunrise in the White Desert

Wake up early to experience the beauty of the White Desert at sunrise.

The first rays of morning light reflect across the limestone formations, creating soft golden and pink tones and making this one of the most beautiful moments of the trip, especially for photography lovers.

Enjoy a cup of traditional Bedouin tea while watching the desert slowly come to life around you.

🥐 Breakfast at the Camp

After sunrise, enjoy a traditional breakfast at the campsite.

Meanwhile, our team prepares the camping equipment and gets everything ready for the return journey.

🚙 Return Journey Through the Desert

We begin our journey back toward Bahariya Oasis aboard the 4×4 vehicles.

Along the way, you can continue enjoying the desert scenery, with stops for photographs and short breaks whenever needed.

🍲 Lunch

Before leaving the oasis, we enjoy one final traditional lunch.

🚗 Return to Cairo

After lunch, we begin the journey back to Cairo in a private air-conditioned vehicle.

Expected arrival in Cairo: late afternoon or evening, depending on road conditions and stops along the way.
